He is inquisitive, an investigator, a silent observer. He has the most beautiful smile, a straight-lipped grin. He makes you work for a laugh, which makes each one even more cherished.
Likes: mommy and daddy, his yellow blanket, reading books, (pulling all the books off of the shelves, carrying those big heavy books around), Cheerios, the park: slides, carrying his puzzle pieces around, carrying 2+ things in one hand, navigating his way through tight spaces, pressing buttons -- especially on the microwave now, big Legos, banging things on the window, being outside, eating real people food, playing with Harken, bringing Harken his dog toys (which sometimes means taking them from the dog first), playing in Harken's water bowl, throwing food - mostly Cheerios onto the ground.
Since his birthday and receiving lots of fun toys: he likes playing in his sand box, walking with his lawn mower, playing with his cars
Dislikes: being in his stroller too long, wearing shoes, diaper changes...glad the list is short
Changes: nursing only once in the morning, drinking whole milk, mostly eating whatever we eat, has 6 teeth, walking easily and for long distances (but still slow), still working on waving more consistently, shakes his head no, points to things he wants, whines for things he wants if you're not looking at him when he's pointing, fake cries, fake coughs and sneezes because he thinks it's funny, holds onto the windowsill and stands on his tippy toes, high fives and "up high, to the side, down low, too slow!!!".
As of late, he has been nodding, giving kisses when asked, and taking baths in the big boy bath!
