28

Who is that baby ^ ?  I feel like I look so young in this picture. Baby and me at 28 weeks.

Aaron and I have been plugging away at the nursery. Chevron stripes: Great concept. Look awesome. Biggest pain in the butt (and back) EVER! I consider it a metaphor for labor: it's hard work, exhausting, and in the moment, you kinda start to regret your decision... But man, once it's done, you realize it was SO worth it. And you'll probably be crazy enough to do it again someday!

We've finally gotten rid of the green, brain carpet and are in the process of finding something to replace it. We're also in the process of refinishing the door frames and built in bookshelf, as well as painting the new trim work for the floors. Lots to do, but we're looking forward to the end result!
