I signed us up for the Bubble Run in September or October, before we knew that there was a baby on the way. (I apparently only do races when I'm pregnant!) A bunch of my family was doing it, so I figured why not? Avett was sure to love it. And he did.

We've made a couple of short trips to the zoo recently. We've been spending most of our Tueadays trying to get all of the rooms ready for baby girl's arrival, but at the end of the work day, I just think about how limited my Tueadays off are and how limited my one on one time with Avett will be in just a few short weeks... So bonding time at the zoo it is. Kid loves his animals!

Literally was running all wobbly to go see the elephants and the giraffes today!
But boy did those fish have him in a trance!
Had to make a trip to Culvers to split some custard. He said "all gone!"
But that did not stop him from trying to get every last drop. He's very much my boy!
